Why it is used
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, understand the project and prepare relevant advice or a quote. It is not sold and is not used for unrelated marketing.
Form processing
The site is configured to use Netlify Forms when deployed on Netlify. Netlify may therefore process form submissions as the hosting/form provider.
How long it is kept
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably useful for responding to the enquiry, managing a potential or active project, and meeting any necessary record-keeping obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what information VELYN holds about you, request corrections, or ask for deletion where appropriate by emailing contact@velyn.co.uk.

This version of the site does not intentionally use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, the privacy and cookie information should be updated before those tools are enabled.
